Careers And Internships

Volunteers rescued dog and taking to shelter

We are a non-profit animal welfare organization working on ground level to protect, rescue, treat, feed, vaccinate and rehabilitate stray animals — dogs, cats, cows, donkeys, horses, birds and any animal in distress.

For years we have been running feeding programs, on-ground rescue vehicles, emergency medical treatment, spay/neuter sterilization campaigns, anti-rabies vaccination drives, cruelty case responses, education/awareness programs in schools and communities, animal adoption and fostering systems, cruelty reporting systems and rehabilitation shelters.

Our goal is very simple:

Reduce animal suffering. Increase animal protection. And build a society that treats animals with empathy, not apathy.

We believe animal welfare is not charity.
It is a civic responsibility.

And this responsibility needs more hands, more talent, more youth, more professionals, more passionate people.

This is why we invite people like you — students, freshers, professionals, retired individuals, researchers, animal lovers, caregivers, veterinarians, content creators, advocates — to join our mission.

This is not just a “job”.

This is impact, every single day.

Why Careers in Animal NGOs Matter Today

Animal welfare is no longer a “side” topic.

Animal welfare is now:

  • public health (rabies control)

  • environment & ecology

  • bio-security

  • ethical responsibility

  • community well-being

  • civic modernization

Cities across the world are moving towards ethical animal management — not cruelty, not abandonment, not killing — but vaccination, sterilization, adoption, feeding management and legal protection.

India especially is in a pivotal moment — with more awareness, more public interest, more media attention, more youth activism, and more people wanting to join animal welfare.

But here is the truth:

Passion alone is not enough.

We need trained people.

We need structured force.

We need strong teams.

That is why organized careers and internships at animal NGOs are not “extra curricular” anymore.

They are professional development tracks.

They are actual skill building tracks.

They are impact-based career paths.

And they are future-proof because the world is moving towards compassionate industry, sustainable policy and humane systems.
